REAR ADMIRAL VINEET BAKHSHI (Retd)
CHAIRMAN
Rear Admiral Vineet Bakhshi (Retired) served the Indian Navy for 36 years both on shore and afloat. He has attained his degree in Masters in Technology from IIT Delhi. He served as Chairman and Managing Director of Goa Shipyard. He also served as Chairman of Board of Companies for Mazgaon Dockyard (a government undertaking) and is a Chief Executive Officer of Govind Ram Memorial Education Society at present. He is also promoter of ‘Bakhshi’s Springdales Group of schools’. He is well known for his social entrepreneurship and active involvement in renovation of government schools in rural Rajasthan. He has been appointed as Independent Director and Chairman of QGO Finance limited on board during AGM in Sep 2018.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, ICAI by Qualification, Mrs Rachana Singi established her credentials as an entrepreneur through successfully establishing Anika Apparels Pvt. Ltd (a high end women’s wear company) from scratch and grew it to turnover 25 Crore enterprise. She is also founder of Creative Textile Mills Pvt Ltd, as both the companies are leading export oriented apparels and textile companies. She seasoned entrepreneurship with strong expertise in strategy and fundraising. She served on the board of multiple companies across textiles, marketing, designing and retail. She also has a rich experience in financial market operations, effective planning of investments in equity stocks and different funds, PMS, AIF’s, Commodities etc. She is widely involved in social services including welfare of girl child, relief organisations and education for economically weaker children. She is appointed as the Managing Director of QGO Finance Limited during AGM in Sep 2018

Mr. Alok Pathak achieved his Bachelors in Engineering and Masters in Technology from IIT Mumbai. He Served in the Indian Navy; acted as Directing Staff in the College of Naval Warfare. He is also part of the visiting faculty at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with strong roots in business and technology. He also founded, scaled and later on sold IdhaSoft – a leading software and technology company with global presence. He has promoted many IT and Pharma companies and acquired and merged over 50 companies in US, EU & ME. He has been instrumental in raising investments from large international PE funds. He also held leadership positions at Tata InfoTech and Tata Teleservices. He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of QGO Finance Limited during AGM held in August 2018

Mrs Seema Pathak achieved Masters in Economics. She is Promoter of Retail pharmacy chain – Prism Medical and Pharmacy Private Limited. Organically grew business to 10 stores and subsequent successful exit. She also served on the Board of Sadbhav Infra realities, with exposure to Infrastructure & Real Estate sectors. She was appointed as Non-Executive Director of QGO Finance Limited during AGM in September 2018.

Ms Urmi Joiser, is a young qualified Company Secretary by profession certified under ICSI, besides holding the esteemed qualification of company secretary, she is also a Master in Commerce. She is compliance and legal head of QGO Finance Limited. She has a total of work experience of more than 3 years. She is a passionate, dedicated person towards work & has zealous professionalism. She was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of QGO Finance Limited in August 2022.
